Vintage orb pendant. Modernist jewelry piece, made in Israel. A silver necklace on a twisted rope chain, about 3mm wide sterling links measuring 30" long. A unique necklace on a chain of 925 silver made in Italy.
The chain is approximately 30” and 3mm wide
The pendant is about 1 ¾” long x 1 ¼” wide x ¼” deep
Lobster clasp closure.
The pendant is marked:
“925 Israel”
The chain clasp is marked:
“925 Italy NR”
Total approximate weight of both pieces: 40 g
Condition:
Very used, vintage condition. There is a light scratch across the orb portion of the pendant and some tarnish, mostly within the crevices, that could be polished away. The underside is unpolished and shows heavy tarnish. The chain is in excellent condition, with a touch of tarnish. The clasp is in perfect working order.
