Vintage Daily Mirror Mug. Black, white, red UK tabloid headline from "The Daily Mirror" or "The Mirror", on this 1970s British made mug. Rod Stewart tell all and more.
The subject matter of the tabloids and the fact that "Daily" is in the title, dates it to sometime prior to 1985 and there is a date on the top of one of the articles that is either 1971 or 1977. The mug is white ceramic and embossed on the glazed bottom is "Made in England" and stamped within the ceramic either "TAMS" or "TAM5".
Dimensions:
Width: 3 1/8" or 7.9 cm
Height: 5 3/8" or 13.7 cm
Condition:
The red and black print is faded, due to use. The headline print is still legible and clear, but the article "print" for the most part is intentionally too small to be read. There are also some minor scratches on the black printed areas. There are no chips or cracks.
An odd and unique 80s British treasure.
