Vintage decorative plate, personalized with the name "Anthony" and an appliqué of a boy in fedora, made black velvet, felt, beads. All is glued to white porcelain dish black, with a scalloped, hand painted, rim.
A unique, one of a kind, hand decorated piece.

1” deep with removable metal plate rack
No maker’s mark on dish and no signature of the creator.
Condition:
Excellent, vintage, used condition. There is wear to the black painted rim throughout. A few light scratches to the plate surface. The appliqué is in excellent condition. There is some residue on the underside of the plate.
