Vintage bowl. Floral blue flow on white china by Johnson Brothers in the Neapolitan pattern. A coupe soup bowl, scalloped edge. Royal semi-porcelain dinnerware.

It also appears that there may have been an “8” that is partially worn away, printed on the underside base.
Condition:
Good vintage, used, condition with a chip on one rim that is discolored and crazing and a hairline crack on the underside, that can be seen on the interior as well. Please see close up photos of the flaws. The blue flowers are clear. The once gold rim is almost entirely worn away, except for a few bits. There is light surface scratching from utensils on the interior of the bowl.
