Handmade, possibly silk or a silk linen blend, slub type fabric.
Condition:
Very good, vintage used, condition, but with some moderately visible straining (fabric darker in areas, water or light oil stains) mostly in one corner only (please see close up photos above). There is a touch of fuzzing to the surface of the fabric. All the crewelwork is intact.
