Vintage red turquoise necklace. Faux bead strand made of engineered stone in a deep crimson with black veining. Oblong beads, alternated with small, gold toned, spacer beads. Almost 24" length total, with gold lobster claw closure and 3" of chain length for adjustability.
It is unclear if these are engineered stone or magnesite beads.
