Vintage Fiesta teapot, large, rare turquoise. Late 1930 to mid 1940s production of this large piece, with Fiesta HLC USA in mold mark and circular handle. No lid is present on this original large tea pot Fiestaware by Homer Laughlin.
This piece was produced only for one decade, from 1936 to 1946, in the original six colors. It is said that turquoise is slightly more rare to come across.

Condition:
Fair vintage, used, condition. There is a “repaired” crack along the entire length of the wall of the tea pot, extending from the rim down around and beneath the handle into the other side. At some point, someone put some glue or sealer on it, on both the interior and exterior. I have removed most of the glue residue from the exterior, but have left it on the interior. This is to be used only as s display piece (not as an actual teapot or vase, as it has a slow leak from the crack. As mentioned above, there is no lid present. Overall, despite the crack, which is hairline and only visible on close inspection, the piece is in excellent shape, appearance wise. No chips, no other visible cracks. A few minor blemishes that are production flaws that occured in glazing. The condition and missing lid has been taken into GREAT consideration when pricing this piece. Without the crack and with the lid, it would be valued at approximately $345-$375.
