Vintage indent ball ornament. An oxblood red teardrop ornament with a pearly matte finish and gold silvered ball, 50s Polish made. Distressed, shabby Christmas tree trim.
Approximate size of indent ornament:
3 ½” long with a 5 ½” circumference
Approximate size of the ball:
8” circumference
The ball is marked “Poland” (very difficult to make out) and marking on the teardrop indent cannot be made out, but it likely is Poland, as well, possibly distributed by Fantasia.
Condition:
Very good, but also very distressed, vintage, used condition. Neither have any cracking or chipping. The paint is worn on the red and interior indent areas of the teardrop ball, and there is scratching to the white matte finish throughout. There is wear to the silvering on the gold and oxidation, as well, on both.
