Vintage brooch, sterling silver marcasite art deco design pin made in the 1980s sterling silver pin. Filigree style silver marcasite with an antique jewelry feel.
Marked "925"
Although the not marked "FAS", it has a look very similar to the marcasite jewelry made by Fantastic Antique Silver Co. in the 1980s.
This piece measures 1.5" x 1" or 3.8 x 2.5 cm, approximately.
Condition:
Excellent vintage used condition. I can discern no flaws, no marcasite chips are missing and the clasp is in good working order. The piece has a high amount of patina and intentionally been left unpolished as to leave the decision to do so up to the buyer. I will gladly polish this piece, at not extra cost, upon request at purchase. (There may be minor scratching that cannot be seen due to the current patina.)
