Vintage chenille bedspread, purple tufted, cotton twin coverlet with raised medallions. It would work well as a long twin sized spread or on a full/double mattress. It is a shade of lilac on pale lavender. Circa 1940s bedding with a similar pattern to a wedding ring quilt.

Condition:
Fair, vintage, pre-owned, mended condition. This spread is well worn and has many spots that are mended and unmended wear. Some are quite large. There is one tear that is a few inches long. There are various worn spots, including portions of the edges and some light, small specks of staining in other areas. Please see photos closely for examples of wear. This piece would need some mending prior to use, or could be lovely re-purposed in various projects.
