Vintage windmill tie backs. A dutch girl and boy, gold plastic and ivory celluloid tack backed. Used as curtain tie backs, this pair, circa 1950s, was made by Art Button Novelty Mfg Co. NYC.
1 7/8" tall x 1 3/8" at widest with a 7/8" projection
The tack portion is about 3/8" long.

Condition:
Very good, vintage, pre-owned condition. Light residue and wear. Please use caution, the tack is sharp.
