









An antique tureen. Transferware in purple on white ironstone in the 19th century Temple pattern by Podmore, Walker & Company. A mulberry colored oriental scene, on an ornate covered bowl, chinoiserie style, 1850s servingware. This piece is damaged (one handle is broken off) and has heavy crazing and discoloration.

Fair, antique, pre-owned condition. As mentioned above, one handle is broken away. There is heavy crazing, staining, discoloration and wear throughout this very old and rare piece, that adds to the charm. The condition has been factored into the price.
