Vintage flower aquarium globe. A glass bell jar with rubber sealed flower frog base. There are 7 spots for stems in this super mod terrarium, made in Germany, circa 1970s and in the original box
The open bottom, clear glass, globe has a rubber stopper/membrane that serves as a flower frog (stem holder).
It then rests in, and is covered by, a black circular plastic tray.
The globe will give a magnifying effect to the flowers inside.

3 ½” diameter of rubber base
Approximate size of “vase” globe:
20” circumference
3 ¼” diameter of opening
4” diameter of black plastic tray base
1 ¼” height of black plastic tray base
7” tall when set in black plastic tray base
Marked on the original box:
“Made in Germany"
Condition:
Excellent, like new, vintage, possibly never used, condition. The box appears to be re-sealed with tape and is tattered. The condition appears as if it was never, or very gently, used. The instructions are present.
IMPORTANT:
Please DO NOT place in direct sunlight, as the magnification created once filled with water, can cause a fire.
