The pattern beneath the glued on image might be "Monte Carlo"
It is unclear when the homemade kitty theme decoupauge was done.
Condition:
The plate itself is in excellent condition, so chips or cracks. The glued down image is wrinkled paper and there is an imperfection in the surface at the center (see close up). Because the dish has been altered, it is meant not for use, but for decor only.
