Vintage Ugo Zaccagnini pottery footed bowl. A neoclassical style compote. Hollywood regency ceramic earthenware, glazed a glossy white with hand painted gold winged sphinxes or angel busts and an aqua cameo profile of a Roman style woman. It is signed in black with the Z mark with a dash through it, for Zaccagnini ceramics, and this mark, and the style make it likely produced in the late 1940 to '50s in Italy, possibly imported by K & B or Koscherak Brothers, to the US.

Condition:
Very good, vintage, used condition. There is wear to the gold at throughout, particularly on the breasts of the winged busts, the fleur de lis type design and the rims. There are no chips or cracks.
