Vintage heart pendant sterling silver open heart. 1980s puffy heart necklace, sterling silver Mexico. A three dimensional rounded heart with cut out center.
The back is flat and the top is curved. I believe the piece is solid.

Condition:
Excellent condition. This silver piece is very tarnished and has intentionally not been polished, to leave that decision up to you. There is a touch of wear, in terms of light scratching, that may not completely polish out. I will gladly polish the piece, at your request, upon purchase.
