Vintage porcelain roses, white with yellow centers. Bone china flowers with a plastic stem and green leaves. Valentine's Day rose faux bouquet. Made by Sanford of England.
Approximate size of flower:
2” diameter x 1 ¼” tall
Approximate length of each stem 12 ½”
These were all sourced in a bundle, where one had the original foil label:
“Sanford China Painted
Fine Bone China
Made in England”
It is a safe assumption, they were all made by Sanford, circa 1960s.
Condition:
Good, vintage, used condition. The are a touch shabby from age. The only find chip, on the underside of a petal of one rose(please see photos closely above.). The nature of these hand painted roses are to be rough on the edges, but there may be some more light chipping.
