Good, vintage, used condition, considering the delicate and disposable nature of this party decor. As mentioned, the snow white torso is no longer attached. It can be wedged at the top of the “skirt” or it could be glued. The paper clips are usually the way of fastening accordian paper decor opened. The paper is yellowed on the white areas, there are stains and wear to the surface and a few tiny tears. Please see photos closely. The wear has been considered in pricing.
