Vintage Sarah Cov Brooch flower aurora borealis crystals flower pin. Large gold toned, filigree-like, metal flower brooch pin, iridescent aurora borealis crystals, Sarah Coventry, marked SARAH COV.
"SARAHCOV" marks were used 1960s, no earlier, and on to the 1970s and early 1980s, until they were no longer produced. The style of this piece dates it from the 1960s.
The piece measures 4" x 2" or 10.2 cm x 5.1 cm approximately, and just under 1" or 2.5 cm deep.
The pin back is very long, and extends from the flower center to midway down he stem.
Condition:
Very good vintage. There is chipping in the gold toned finish on the stem, evident in the photos above.
