Vintage from the 1940s
Length: 103 Inches; Width: 100.5 Inches
Vintage peacock bedspread. Double chenille spread. Rare 1950s blue grey full sized, with white lattice design, candy pink and red bird and mint green and yellow roses in tufted chenille, on a thin, lightweight cotton coverlet.
100 ½” x 103
The spread is shown on a double/full size mattress. It would work on a queen, but the pattern edge and drop would fall differently, and a bedskirt would likely need to be used.

Excellent, vintage, used condition. Two tiny holes, no larger than 1/4″ in diameter. One is near the left upper edge of the spread, the other at the right upper corner (please see close up photos). These holes are only really visible on the underside, as they are each very close to the chenille stripes and small. There are two areas of extremely faint, yellowish staining, on the white chenille, bother on the right edge (also see the photo for an example, above). These are only visible on very close inspection. The spread is clean. A rare find, especially is such well kept condition.
