Vintage Girls Dress Daisy Embroidered 1970s Peasant Style Bold Flowers Off The Shoulder Elastic Waist Lace Tiered Skirt Mid Length Handmade

Vintage girls dress with daisy embroidered details. 1970s peasant style summer dress, with bold flowers. Off the shoulder, or scoop neck, with elastic waist and lace tiered skirt, mid lengt. Handmade, likely OOAK.

Approximate dimensions:
At the shoulders, the elastic seam stretched from approximately 15” to about 20”
(May be worn on or off the shoulders)
When laid flat, the bust stretches to over 18” across
When laid flat, the waist stretches from 8 ½” to 17”
Length from top edge to waist: 10”
Length from waist until hem of skirt: 16”
Width of hem of skirt when laid flat: 25”

The dress is pinned up completely on my tiny 5 year old model.
She is 38 lbs and about 40” tall, but wears about a size 4T, and this would not stay on her if not pinned in back.
My best guess would be this would fit more of a 8-9 child size.

Condition:
Good, vintage, used, with some damage and wear. The elastic (in both the shoulder and waist) has lost some of its tension, but it still will hold up. There is a hole where the lace portion is coming removed from the skirt (see close up photo above). There is one grey speck on bust of dress (see photo above). There is light yellowing at the elastic seams of waist and neckline. There are a few areas of dark yellowing at the bottom trim lace and second row up of lace on the skirt (also shown in detail in the photos above.) The dress has been cleaned and attempts have been made to lighten the discoloration. The wear and flaws have been highly considered in the pricing of this piece.
